खुश कैसे रहें ? How to be happy?

प्रसन्नता को संतुष्टि के रूप में परिभाषित किया जा सकता है। यह अंदर से अपने आप आती है, कोशिश करने से नहीं। अगर हम सोचते हैं की इसके बारे में सिर्फ सोचकर ख़ुशी हाशिल की जा सकती है तो यह गलत है | ऐसा करने से आप अस्थाई रूप से खुश हो सकते हैं लेकिन स्थाई रूप से खुश नहीं रह सकते | आइये कुछ इसे तरीकों के बारे में बात करते हैं जो खुश रहने में हमारी मदद कर सकते हैं।

काम को एकाग्रता से करें

अध्ययन में यह पाया गया है कि एक भटकता हुआ मन कभी भी एक खुश मन नहीं हो सकता । मन का भटकना नकारात्मक विचारों को आकर्षित करता है। जब हम कोई काम पूरी एकाग्रता से करते हैं तो हमे एक ख़ुशी का अनुभव होता है क्योंकि उस समय हमारे मन में कोई और विचार नहीं होता और हम खुश महसूस करते हैं | सार्थक अनुभवों पर ध्यान केंद्रित करना बहुत सुखद होता है। इसलिए प्रसन्नता के लिए यह आवश्यक है कि अपने मन को इधर-उधर न भटकने दें।

अपने दीमाग को व्यस्त रखें

अपने दीमाग को व्यस्त रखें : जब हम किसी इसे काम में व्यस्त होते हैं जो हमे पसंद है और उस काम के सार्थक परिणाम होने वाले हैं तब हम सबसे ज्यादा खुश होते हैं । उस समय हमारा ध्यान केवल उस पर होता है जो हम कर रहे होते हैं। एक व्यस्त दिमाग नकारात्मक और अनावश्यक विचारों से को दूर रखता है इसलिए हम खुश रहते हैं। अतः प्रसन्न रहने के लिए अपने मन को सार्थक कार्यों में व्यस्त रखना अत्यंत आवश्यक है।

खुशी अपने भीतर खोजें

आज के समय में अधिकांश ऐसे लोग अपनी खुशी के लिए दूसरों पर निर्भर रहते हैं। जब कोई हमें निराश निराश करता है या हमरे अनुरूप काम नहीं करता तो हम दुखी और उदास महसूस करते हैं । हमने अपनी ख़ुशी की चाबी किसी और को दे रखी है | यह ठीक नहीं है | हम अपनी खुशी के लिए दूसरे पर निर्भर क्यों हैं? दूसरों के भरोसे न रहें। खुशी बाहर से नहीं बल्कि अपने अंदर से आती है। हमारी खुशी और संतुष्टि के लिए केवल हम ही जिम्मेदार हैं। आपकी भावनाओं को बेहतर बनाने के लिए आपके अलावा कोई भी जिम्मेदार नहीं है। आप किसी के साथ खुश रह सकते हैं लेकिन किसी के कारण नहीं |

पर्याप्त नींद लें

हम सभी जानते हैं कि नींद हमारे शरीर की थकान को दूर करने और खुद की मरम्मत करने में मदद करती है। यह हमें किसी काम पर केंद्रित होने और अधिक काम करने की शक्ति भी प्रदान करती है | बीपीएस की एक रिसर्च से साबित हुआ है कि नींद नकारात्मक भावनाओं के प्रति हमारी संवेदनशीलता को प्रभावित करती है। अध्ययन में यह पाया गया है कि जो लोग दोपहर में बिना झपकी लिए काम करते हैं वे नकारात्मक भावनाओं के प्रति अधिक संवेदनशील हो जाते हैं। पर्याप्त नींद शारीरिक एवं मानसिक स्वास्थ्य के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है। जागने के बाद आप कैसा महसूस करेंगे यह इस बात पर निर्भर करेगा की आप कितनी अच्छी तरह सोये हैं | । इसलिए पर्याप्त नींद लें |

दूसरों की मदद करें

दूसरों की मदद करना खुश रहने का सबसे अच्छा तरीका है। जब हम दूसरों की मदद करते हैं तो इसमें हमरा खुद का कोई स्वार्थ नहीं होता। हमने बिना अपने निजी स्वार्थ के ऐसा करते हैं । जितनी ख़ुशी दूसरों पर कुछ पैसे खर्च करने से मिलती है उतनी खुद के लिए सामान खरीदने से नहीं मिलती है। जब हम दूसरों की मदद करते हैं, तो हमारा मस्तिष्क सकारात्मक प्रभाव वाले हार्मोन स्रावित करता है। इसलिए संतुष्टि पाने के लिए दूसरों की मदद करें।

आभारी रहें

आभार व्यक्त करना हमारी संतुष्टि के लिए बहुत उपयोगी है। दूसरों का आभार प्रकट करने से हमरे विचारों पर सकारात्मक प्रभाव पड़ता है | जब हम आभार व्यक्त करते हैं तो इससे हमें संतुष्टि का अनुभव होता है। किसी का थोड़ा सा एहसान करने के लिए भी धन्यवाद करना चाहिए | इससे सकारात्मक उर्जा का संचार होता है | किसी के प्रति कृतज्ञ होने से हमारी जीवन शैली और हमारे व्यवहार पर बहुत प्रभाव पड़ता है | कृतज्ञता का भाव ही सुख है। जब हम किसी के प्रति कृतज्ञ महसूस करते हैं, तब हमारे मन में घृणा और शिकायतों के लिए कोई स्थान नहीं रहता जोकि वास्तविक खुशी की निशानी है। इसलिए हमेशा आभारी रहें।

ध्यान (Meditation)

ध्यान की विधि प्राचीन काल से ही शांत रहने के लिए एक उपयोगी विशी रही है | अगर ध्यान निरंतर रूप से किया जाये तो इसके अभूतपूर्व परिणाम होते हैं | ध्यान करने से हमें ख़ुशी और संतुष्टि का अनुभव होता है | ध्यान के बाद हमें शांति और जागरूकता का अनुभव होता है। ध्यान तनाव और चिंता को दूर करने के प्राचीन और सबसे प्रभावी तरीकों में से एक है। यह वैज्ञानिक रूप से सिद्ध है कि ध्यान के निरंतर अभ्यास से हमारी सोचने की क्षमता बढ़ती है और हमारे सोचने के मानदंड व्यापक होते हैं। इसलिए निरंतर ध्यान का अभ्यास करें।

दूसरों से तुलना करने से बचें

अपनी तुलना दूसरों से करना एक आम आदत है। यह हमारे समाज में, हमारे कार्य स्थल पर या सोशल मीडिया पर हो सकता है। दूसरों से तुलना करने से असंतोष का भाव प्रकट होता है। यह हमारे आत्मसम्मान को कम करेगा और चिंता और अवसाद पैदा करेगा। जब हम अपनी तुलना दूसरों से करते हैं तो हमारा ध्यान दूसरों के कार्यों पर तो जाता है, अपने भीतर नहीं। खुशी के लिए ध्यान अपने भीतर होना चाहिए। इसलिए दूसरों से अपनी तुलना करने से बचें।

Facts Related To Suicide

आत्महत्या एक गंभीर मनोवैज्ञानिक एवं सामाजिक समस्या है | विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन के अनुसार हर साल 7 लाख लोग आत्महत्या से अपनी जिन्दगी ख़त्म कर लेते हैं और इससे कई गुना आत्महत्या की कोशिश करते हैं | एक शोध के अनुसार वर्ष 2019 में 15 से 19 वर्ष के युवाओं में मृत्यु का चौथा सबसे कारण आत्महत्या था | विश्व की 20 प्रतिशत आत्महत्या कीटनाशक के सेवन से होती हैं जोकि ग्रामीण इलाकों में ज्यादा होती है | इसके अलावा फांसी और आग लगाना आत्महत्या के मुख्य तरीके हैं | इस गंभीर समस्या का जल्द ही कोई समाधान होना चाहिए |

आत्महत्या के कारण :

इसके कुछ प्रमुख कारण इस प्रकार हैं –

तनाव और अवसाद ( Tension and depression) है – इसे आत्महत्या का सबसे प्रमुख कारण माना जाता है | अवसाद या डिप्रेशन बहुत जटिल प्रक्रिया की उपज है | हम किसी के बात को लेकर परेशान हो सकते हैं , यह सामान्य लक्षण जिसमें चिंता की कोई बात नहीं है| लेकिन जब यह स्थिति कुछ दिन या सप्ताह तक लगातार रहती है तो वह अवसाद (depression) का रूप ले लेता है| यही अवसाद आत्महत्या का कारण बनता है| अधिकतर मामलों में पाया गया है कि अपनी समस्यायों से पीछा छुडाने के लिए आत्महत्या जैसा कदम उठाया जाता है | ऐसी स्थिति बन जाती है जिससे लड़ने की बजाए

जिन्दगी ख़त्म कर लेना आसान लगने लगता है और इसलिए यह कदम उठा लिया जाता है |

मानसिक बीमारी – अगर कोई व्यक्ति मानसिक रूप से स्वस्थ नहीं है तो उसके आत्महत्या करने की संभावना बढ़ जाती है क्योंकि दिमाग में आने वाले विचारों पर उसका कोई नियंत्रण नहीं होता और वह इन विचारों से जो रास्ता बनता है उसी पर चल पड़ते हैं जोकि उन्हें खुद की हत्या करने पर मजबूर कर देता है |

खोने का डर - किसी चीज़ के खोने का डर भी आत्महत्या का मुख्य कारण है | इसमें शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में असफलता, वितीय अस्थिरता, नौकरी खोने का डर, सामाजिक इज्जत खोने का डर आदि शामिल हैं| उच्च शिक्षण संस्थानों में आत्महत्या के बहुत से मामले आ रहे हैं जो असफलता के डर से आत्महत्या का उदाहरण है |

आशाहीनता – आशाहीनता एक व्यक्ति को गलत रास्ते पर ले जाती है| एक आशाहीन व्यक्ति के दिमाग में एक बात स्थाई हो जाती है कि जीवन में कुछ भी बाकि नहीं है इसलिए वह सब कुछ छोड़ने को राजी हो जाता है और आत्महत्या कर लेता है |

सामाजिक अलगाव – जिस व्यक्ति का सामाजिक बहिष्कार कर दिया जाता है या ऐसी स्थिति उत्पन्न होने के आसार हो जाते हैं तो व्यक्ति के मन में आत्महत्या के विचार प्रबल हो जाते हैं | क्योंकि सामाजिक अलगाव एक दर्द उत्पन्न करता है जिसे कुछ लोग सहन नहीं कर सकते आत्महत्या जैसा कदम उठा लेते हैं |

पारिवारिक मतभेद- आत्महत्या का यह कारण समाज के हर तबके में देखने को मिलता है | एक परिवार में आपसी मतभेद होने एक सामान्य घटना है| लेकिन इससे कुछ लोगों के अहंकार को ठेस पहुँच जाती है और वो आत्महत्या कर लेते हैं | ऐसे लोग मानसिक रूप से कमजोर होते हैं|

रोकथाम के उपाए:

आत्महत्या का सबसे प्रमुख कारण होने के कारण अगर हम डिप्रेशन को नियंत्रित करने में सफल हो जाते हैं तो आत्महत्या की संभावना को काफी हद तक कम किया जा सकता है | इसलिए हम डिप्रेशन को नियंत्रित करने के उपाए की चर्चा करेंगे|

शर्तहीन रिश्ते (unconditional relation) - हमारी जिंदगी में कुछ रिश्ते ऐसे होते हैं जो बिना किसी शर्त के होते हैं | जैसे माँ का रिश्ता, माँ का प्यार शर्तहीन होता है | उसे अपने बेटे से प्यार करने के लिए किसी शर्त की जरुरत नहीं होती| ऐसे रिश्ते बहुत जरुरी होते हैं और सब की जिंदगी में ऐसे व्यक्ति जरुर होने चाहिए जिससे हम खुलकर बात कर सकें| कुछ दोस्त भी इसे हो सकते हैं जिनके साथ हम अपनी हर एक बात साझा कर सकते हैं | ऐसे दोस्त या कोई और व्यक्ति जिसके साथ हम बिना किसी डर के पुरे विश्वास के साथ हस अच्छी या बुरी बात कर सकते हैं , जीवन में बहुत जरुरी हैं | ये हमे तनाव और अवसाद से मुक्त करते हैं| इसलिए डिप्रेशन को दूर करने के लिए शर्तहीन रिश्तों की बहुत जरुरत होती है|

भाव व्यक्त करना ( Expressive) - अपने अन्दर के भाव व्यक्त करना तनाव से बचने का एक कारगर तरीका है | जो व्यक्ति अपनी हर छोटी-बड़ी, अच्छी-बुरी, हल्की या गंभीर बात को व्यक्त कर देता है उसे तनाव और अवसाद होने की संभावना बहुत कम हो जाती है| इसलिए अपने भाव को व्यक्त करना आपके अंदर के बोझ को कम कर देता है जिससे मन में आत्महत्या के विचार आने की संभावना कम हो जाती है |

लोग क्या कहेंगे – आज के समय में हम इस बात बात की बहुत ज्यादा परवाह करने लगे हैं की हमारे किसी के काम करने या न करने से लोग हमारे बारे में क्या कहेंगे | यह विचार हमारे दिमाग में एक शक पैदा कर देता है जो किसी भी काम को करते समय हमारे दिमाग में एक डर पैदा कर देता है और यह डर कैंसर के समान होता है | जो समय के साथ साथ और बड़ा हो जाता है और एक दिन भयानक परिणाम लेकर आता है | इसलिए इस बात की परवाह करना छोड़ देना चाहिए की लोग मेरे बारे में क्या कहेंगे क्योंकि लोग तो तब भी कुछ कहेंगे जब तुम कुछ नहीं करोगे|

नकारात्मकता( Negativity)- किसी भी तरह की नकारात्मकता मानसिक स्वास्थ्य के लिए हानिकारक होती है| यह नकारत्मक व्यक्ति हो सकते हैं, नकारात्मक समाचार हो सकते हैं या नकारात्मक सोच हो सकती है| क्योंकि अगर हम अपने दिमाग को नेगेटिव इनपुट देंगे तो उसकी आउटपुट भी वेसी ही होगी| लगातार किसी विषय के बारे में नकारात्मक सोचने से उसके बारे में गलत धारणा बन जाती है जिसका दूरगामी परिणाम हमेशा गलत होता है|

इसलिए हमेशा नकारात्मक लोगों से दूर रहना चाहिए और सोशल मीडिया पर चल रही नकारात्मक समाचारों से दुरी बना कर रखनी चाहिए | सकारात्मक सोच के साथ के साथ हर काम करना चाहिए जिसके सकारात्मक परिणाम होंगे|

प्रतिस्पर्धा की भावना (Competition)- आज के समय में हर क्षेत्र में प्रतिस्पर्धा(Competition) है चाहे वह carrier हो, वितीय क्षेत्र हो या उच्च जीवन जीने की लालशा हो | हालाँकि सफलता पाने के लिए प्रतिस्पर्धा की भावना होना बहुत जरुरी है लेकिन एक निश्चित सीमा तक ही यह उचित है | जरुरत से ज्यादा प्रतिस्पर्धा की भावना असफल होने पर डिप्रेशन का कारण बनती है | इसलिए कभी भी कम्पटीशन को इतना महत्त्व न दो की असफल हो जाने के बाद अपना जीवन ही उसके सामने छोटा लगने लगे | भवन ऐसी होनी चाहिए की सफलता के लिए हर संभव कोशिश करनी है लेकिन अगर सफल नहीं भी हुए तो हताश नहीं होना है |

विश्व वायु गुणवता रिपोर्ट (World Air Quality Report)

हाल ही में विश्व वायु गुणवता रिपोर्ट 2021 जारी की गयी है | वर्ष 2021 में वैश्विक स्तर पर वायु कि गुणवता का अवलोकन करने के उपरांत यह रिपोर्ट तैयार कि गयी है | रिपोर्ट दुनिया भर के 117 देशों के 6475 शहरों के वायु गुणवता डाटा पर आधारित है | 

PM 2.5-

प्रदुषण का मापन PM 2.5 के आधार पर किया गया है यानी 2.5 माइक्रोन या इससे छोटे व्यास वाले एयरोसोल के कणों से युक्त पार्टिकुलेट मैटर एक वायु प्रदूषक है | इसे मानव स्वास्थ्य पर पड़ने वाले प्रभाव के कारण सबसे हानिकारक कण माना जाता है | APM 2.5कई स्त्रोतों से उत्पन्न होते हैं जिनमे सल्फेट, ब्लैक कार्बन और अमोनिया शामिल हैं|  इसके प्राकृतिक स्त्रोत  धुल भारी आंधी, बालू के तूफान और जंगल कि आग शामिल हैं|

IQ Air-

यह एक स्विस समूह है पार्टिकुलेट मैटर (PM) 2.5 की मात्र के आधार पर वायु गुणवता के आधार स्तर को मापता है | यह सरकारों , वैज्ञानिकों, NGO's और आम लोगों को साथ में लेकर वायु गुणवता को सुधारने के लिए काम करता है |

रिपोर्ट के मुख्य बिंदु-

• IQ Air द्वारा जारी कि गई वायु गुणवता रिपोर्ट 2021 के अनुसार दिल्ली, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र  लगातार चौथे वर्ष दुनिया की सबसे प्रदूषित राजधानी है |
• इससे पहले दिल्ली वर्ष 2018,2019 व 2020 में इस सूची में सबसे ऊपर थी|
• बांग्लादेश कि राजधानी ढाका दुसरे और चाड कि राजधानी N'Djamena तीसरे स्थान पर है |
• सबसे प्रदूषित देशों कि सूची में बांग्लादेश पहले स्थान है |
• इसके बाद चाड दुसरे और पाकिस्तान तीसरे स्थान पर है |
• इस सूची में भारत पांचवे स्थान पर है |

विलुप्ति कि कगार पर हिमालयन ग्रिफन (Himalyan Griffon On The Edge Of Extinction)

हाल ही में हिमालय क्षेत्र में पाया जाने वाला सबसे बड़ा और दुर्लभ पक्षी "हिमालयन ग्रिफन गिद्ध" केलिमेर वन्यजीव अभ्यारण में देखे गये हैं | हाल ही में असम में कुछ हिमालयन ग्रिफन की किसी संधिग्ध विषाक्तता के कारण मृत्यु हो गई थी|

मुख्य तथ्य -

• यह एक बड़े आकार का हल्के पीले रंग का पक्षी ही जो पुरे हिमालयन क्षेत्र में पाया जाता है |
• यह ज्यादातर तिब्बती पठार (भारत, नेपाल, भूटान, सेंट्रल चीन और मंगोलिया) पर पाया जाता है | 
• यह मध्य एशियाई पहाड़ों(कज़ाकिस्तान और अफगानिस्तान के पश्चिमी क्षेत्र से लेकर चीन और मंगोलिया के पूर्वी क्षेत्र तक) लेकर चीन व मंगोलिया में पाया जाता है |
• ये हिमालय में 1200 से 5000 मी. तक की ऊंचाई पर देखे जा सकते हैं |
• ये हमेशा मरे हुए जानवरों को खाते हैं | प्राकृतिक कचरा खा कर Himalayan Griffon पर्यावरण को साफ़ रखने में एक महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं |
• भारत में इनकी 9 प्रजातियाँ पाई जाति हैं | 

खतरा- 

यह पक्षी विलुप्त होने को है जिसके निम्न कारण हो सकते हैं-

• मेडिसिन में प्रयोग होने वाली diclofenac से इस प्रजाति को बहुत खतरा है |
• इन पक्षियों के प्राकृतिक आवास ख़त्म हो रह हैं जिस कारण ये विलुप्त होने कि कगार पर हैं |
• इनके भोजन की कमी और प्रदूषित भोजन |
• बिजली कि लाइन्स के कारण ये पक्षी मर रहे हैं  |

संरक्षण के लिए उठाये गये कदम -

• पर्यावरण, वन एवं जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्रालय भारत सरकार ने गिद्धों के संरक्षण के लिए Vulture Action Plan 2020-2025 लांच किया है |
• भारत में इन गिद्धों की मौत के कारणों के अध्ययन के लिए पिंजौर, हरियाणा में वर्ष 2001 में Vulture Care Centre (VCC) स्थापित किया गया |

How to control unwanted thoughts

What are unwanted thoughts?

It is found in research that around 60,000 thoughts come into our minds daily. It is not possible to react at all. These thoughts come automatically and we are unaware of their arrival of these. Most of these thoughts are unnecessary and useless. When we think about anything, thoughts related to that particular thing come to our minds. These are natural thoughts that are necessary.

But sometimes, when we are not thinking about any particular thing or subject, many thoughts come into our mind, these are unnecessary or unwanted thoughts. Despite not wanting, they keep running in our minds. These unwanted thoughts disturb our concentration, due to which we are not able to use the full power of our mind.

Now the question is how we can get rid of these unwanted thoughts. So let us talk about the ways to stop unwanted thoughts.

Expressing thoughts

Make a habit to express your thoughts. It will reduce the rate of arrival of thoughts in your mind. When you express thoughts, for a time, unrelated thoughts stop. It enhances the performance of the mind. When you are expressing thoughts your mind is not in the position to attend to any other thought. So it is very beneficial to express thoughts.

Be the witness

The very first thing to do is to sit and observe the thoughts which are running in your mind, just like sitting on the bank of the river and watching the stream of the river. Just sit and observe. Let the thought run free, let it come and go. Don't do anything, don't hinder, don't suppress. If an idea comes, don't try to stop it. You just become a witness.

This will separate you from your thoughts. At that time you will realize that the thoughts are separate from you because the one who is observing the thoughts will be separate from the thoughts. You may be in the midst of worries but the concern is not yours, you may be in the midst of problems but the problems are not yours. You may be surrounded by thoughts, but you are not thought. This will weaken unwanted thoughts.

Self-talk

Self-talk is the way of expressing thoughts. When you have no one to talk with, you should talk with yourself. It will release your stress. When you talk to yourself unwanted thoughts disappear.

Meditation

Meditation is one of the oldest methods to relieve stress. The practice of meditation is very helpful in tranquilizing the mind. When the mind becomes peaceful unwanted thoughts disappear automatically.

Divert your thoughts

When you feel that a lot of unnecessary thoughts are coming into your mind frequently, divert your mind towards another topic. After diverting your mind you will see, that all unnecessary thoughts stop. Our mind works on only one thought at a time with full efficiency. When more thoughts come, the mind can't work on any of them efficiently. So by diverting your mind you can divert the thoughts.

Stop overthinking

Overthinking is very harmful to mental health. This leads to bad mental health. When we overthink, we destroy our mental ability to react to things, distinguish between good and bad, and go deeper into even any small topic.

So try to stop overthinking. Set your goal and concentrate on it. Be aware of coming thoughts. Always remember the thoughts running in the sky of the mind are as far as the outer sky from you. Become your own spectator. Notice the doer and seer inside. When you realize doer and seer are different, overthinking stops.

आज मैंने खोजे अपनी कुछ उलझनों के जवाब !

 मेरे मन में हमेशा कोई न कोई सवाल उठता रहता है जिनमें से कुछ सवालों के जवाब कभी प्रत्यक्ष रूप से (Directly) और कभी अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से (Indirectly) मुझे मेरे आस पास मौजूद मेरे अपनों से व कभी कभी अजनबियों से भी मिल जाते है  | 

अब मसला ये है कि जिन सवालों के जवाब कहीं से नहीं मिल पाते तो मन में बेचैनी हो जाती है और क्यूरोसिटी के कीड़े एडियाँ उठा कर उन सवालों के जवाब ढूंढने में लग जाते हैं | अब हाल-फिलहाल उन सवालों के जवाबों को ढूँढने का ज़रिया गूगल बाबा ही हैं लेकिन बहुत बार उनके पास भी जवाब नहीं मिल पाता तो ये प्रकृति (Nature) मुझे उस सवाल को हल करने में मदद करती है | वो अलग बात है कभी-कभी मैं प्रकृति (Nature) के इशारे नहीं समझ पाती लेकिन अंत में किसी न किसी ज़रिये प्रकृति (Nature) अपना काम कर ही देती है और मेरी उलझन सुलझ ही जाती है | 

तो आज मैं अपने कुछ सवालों को आपके साथ सांझा करूंगी और उनके जवाब भी ताकि यदि कभी आपके मन में भी कभी ऐसे सवाल आये हों और कोई हल न निकला हो तो आप की उलझन भी थोड़ी सुलझ सके |

Q. रात को कौन लोग नहीं सो पाते या उन्हें नींद क्यों नहीं आती ???

1. मुझे रात को बहुत बार नींद नहीं आती या ये कहो कि अक्सर ही देर रात तक नींद नहीं आती | हाँ जिस दिन अगर रात को बिना खाए जल्दी सो जाऊं तो वो अलग बात है | अगर मैं कुछ काम कर रही हो तब तो मुझे जागने में कोई समस्या भी नहीं है लेकिन बिना किसी काम के भी नींद न आये तो मैं परेशान हो जाती हूँ कि नींद क्यों नहीं आ रही है | तो इस सवाल का हल खोजने के लिए जब मैंने थोड़ी रिसर्च की तो यह पाया :

तीन तरह के लोग रात में नहीं सोते :

1. एक रोगी रात में नहीं सो पाता : रोगी का मतलब है एक बीमार  इंसान क्योंकि वो बीमारी के कारण सो नहीं पाता |

2. एक भोगी रात में नहीं सोता : सुख खोजने वाला भोगी भी रात में नहीं सोता क्योंकि उसके लिए भी रात मददगार होती है  |

3. एक योगी भी रात में नहीं सोता : एक योगी भी रात में नहीं सोता क्योंकि उसके लिए भी रात बहुत सहायक होती है |

अब आप इनमें से क्या हो आप तय कर लीजिये ! 

अब जानते हैं रात में ऐसा क्या ख़ास होता है : 

देखिये हमारे लिए रौशनी इसलिए कीमती है क्योंकि हमारी आँखे एक ख़ास तरह से बनी हुई है | रोशनी आपको हर चीज़ अलग अलग करके दिखाती है | जैसे दिन में हम हर एक छोटी से छोटी चीज़ को अपने अनुभव (observation) में ला सकते हैं | लेकिन रात में बेशक आप कितनी भी रोशनीदार जगह पर हैं लेकिन रात में कुछ ऐसा है कि रात में सीमायें (Eye boundary line) कुछ धुंधली हो जाती हैं  तो योग के लिए, पढाई के लिए, किसी एक चीज़ पर फोकस करने के लिए, इन सभी चीज़ों के लिए रात ज्यादा सहायक लगती है क्योंकि रात में आपके और दुसरे के बीच का अंतर कम हो जाता है और वो सिर्फ इस लिए क्योंकि हमारी आँखें इस तरह से काम करती हैं | जहाँ रोशनी न हो वहां हमारे अनुभव में हर चीज़ मिलकर एक हो जाती है | तो एक रोगी, भोगी और योगी ये तीनों रात का इस्तेमाल करते हैं |

आप भी इसका इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं, इसमें कोई समस्या नहीं है जब तक कि आप क्लास, ऑफिस या दिन में सोते न हों | अगर आप दिन में नहीं सोते तो चलेगा, इसमें कुछ गलत नहीं है |

आप एक चीज़ आज़मा कर देखिये | चाहे आप कहीं पर भी है, चाहे किसी भी टाइम ज़ोन में होने पर | यदि आप सुबह के 3:20 से 3:40 के बीच में जाग जाते हैं तो इसका मतलब है आपका सिस्टम संवेदनशील है | तो चाहे आप उस समय उठ कर कुछ न करें या फिर बाद में और सो जाएँ लेकिन यदि आपका शरीर इस समय जाग जाता है तो यह एक अच्छा संकेत है क्योंकि आज हमें अपने सिस्टम में संवेदनशीलता (Senstivity) लाने की बहुत जरूरत है | 

देखिये हम इस धरती के अंश हैं,  हाँ या ना | तो कोई इंसान अपने बारे में कुछ भी बकवास सोचे कि वो ये है या वो ऐसा कर सकता है | लेकिन हम सब इस धरती से पॉप-अप (Pop-up) हुए हैं | क्या आपने कंप्यूटर स्क्रीन पर पॉप-अप देखे हैं - "पॉप-अप" | हम सब बस पॉप-अप हैं | हम सब एक दिन पॉप-अप हो जायेंगे | हाँ क्योंकि वो जिन्हें हम अपने से दूर जाने देना नहीं चाहते थे या हैं या फिर वो सारे चालाक लोग और वो अनगिनत लोग जो आपसे और मुझसे पहले इस धरती पर घुमते थे वो कहाँ हैं सब मिट्टी हो गये | क्या वे पॉप-अप नहीं थे ? क्या हम पॉप-अप नहीं हैं... 

हाँ, आपको लग सकता है कि आपका जीवन शानदार है bla... bla... bla... लेकिन जहाँ तक धरती का सवाल है वो बस अपनी मिटटी को रीसायकल (Recycle) कर रही है | हम को उछालती है और फिर वापस खींच लेती है तो इस ज़रा से पॉप-अप में सबसे जरुरी चीज़ और सबसे अहम चीज़ यह है कि हम अपने अंदर संवेदनशीलता (Senstivity) लायें | ऐसी संवेदनशीलता (Senstivity) की जीवन का हर आयाम(Dimension) हमारे अनुभव में आ जाए | इससे पहले कि हम मर जायें क्या ये बहुत ज्यादा जरुरी नहीं है ??? कि आप इस जीवन को हर सम्भव स्तर पर अनुभव करें... हैं न - हाँ या ना ???

अनुभव का मतलब है - इंसान के जीवन में खोजने के लिए बहुत कुछ है, हमें संवेदनशील होना होगा | अब "संवेदनशील" इस शब्द का गलत तरीके से इस्तेमाल किया जाता है | अब यदि कोई किसी को संवेदनशील (सेंसिटिव) कहता है तो लोग समझते हैं कि "अरे वो संवेदनशील है तो मतलब होता है वो छोटी सी बात का बुरा मान जायेगी" | लेकिन संवेदनशील से मेरा मतलब है - आपके जीवन का संवेदनशील होना (Being sensitive to your life) और न कि आपके अहम का संवेदनशील होना (Being sensitive to your ego) ये दोनों अलग चीज़ हैं |

जीवन के संवेदनशील होने का मतलब है अगर आप किसी जगह पर जाते हैं तो वहां मौजूद हर एक इंसान या चीज़ को अनुभव करते हैं, आपसे कुछ नहीं छुप सकता और यदि आप कहीं बाहर जाते हैं तो आप किसी चीज़ को अपने अनुभव में लाने से नहीं चुकते | जीवन के हर आयाम (Dimension) को हमारे अनुभव में आना चाहिए | 

तो संवेदनशीलता विकसित करने का मतलब है यदि आप अपनी आँखें बंद करें तो हम ये जान जाएँ कि चाँद अभी किस अवस्था में है क्योंकि यह हर दिन हमारे शारीर में यह हो रहा है, हर दिन हमारे सिस्टम में यह ज़ाहिर हो रहा है | 

क्या आपने ध्यान दिया है कि जब पूर्णिमा या आमवस्या हो तो पूरा समुद्र उछलता है, ज्वारभाटा आता है, पूरा समुद्र उपर उठने की कोशिश कर रहा है तो हमारे शारीर का 72 फीसदी पानी है तो क्या आपको हमारे शरीर पर इसका कोई प्रभाव नहीं होता होगा, बिल्कुल होता है | क्या आपको नही लगता कि पूर्णिमा या आमवस्या के आस पास के दिनों में चाँद का हमारे शरीर पर भी कुछ असर जरुर होता होगा  | 

बहुत सी चीज़ें जो इस धरती के साथ हो रही हैं वो हमारे साथ भी हो रही हैं | इसलिए हमारे जीवन को संवेदनशील बनना चाहिए, तभी हम ये जान पायेंगे कि अपने जीवन के हर एक पहलू को कैसे संभालें |

अहम को संवेदनशील मत बनाइए | हमें अपने सामाजिक जीवन को संवेदनशील नहीं बनाना है | अगर हमारे भीतर का जीवन (Inner Life) संवेदनशील बन जाये और हमें यह पता हो कि इस जीवन के साथ जो कुछ हो रहा है, वो ये एक चीज़ अगर हम जानते हैं तो हमें ऐसा लगेगा कि जैसे हमारा GPS ऑन हो गया है | तब कोई समस्नया नहीं होगी और आप कभी खोएंगे नहीं |

फिर इससे कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता कि कौन क्या कहता है, आप किस हालात में पहुँच गये हैं और आप कभी भटकेंगे नहीं क्योंकि आपका जीवन संवेदनशील है | इस जीवन कि बस ये ही जरुरत है कि इसे एक जीवन के रूप में संवेदनशील बनना है | 

अभी हमने अपने आस पास एक ऐसा मनोवैज्ञानिक ढांचा (Psycological Framework) विकसित कर लिया है जिसका जीवन से कोइ लेना देना नहीं है | इसका थोड़ा सरोकार सामाजिक जीवन पहलू से तो है, लेकिन जीवन से कोई लेना देना नहीं है |

Q. अगर दिन में किसी भी समय नींद आप पर धावा बोल रही है तो उसका क्या कारण है ?

Ans. दिन में यदि आप कुछ काम कर रहे हैं जैसे पढ़ना, ऑफिस वर्क आदि और नींद आप पर धावा बोल रही है तो मैं चाहती हूँ कि पहले आप ये समझें कि यह क्या है |

नोट : क्योंकि मेरे साथ भी ऐसा होता है और इसलिए मैंने इसको जानने की कोशिश की क्योंकि मुझे या तो बिल्कुल नींद नहीं आती या फिर नींद इतनी आसानी से और कहीं भी आ जाती है | तो मैं इस बात से बहुत परेशान थी (कुछ-कुछ हूँ भी) तो इसलिए मैंने यह जानने कि कोशिश की |

ज्यादातर लोग... नहीं.... ज्यादातर नहीं ... दुनिया में बहुत से लोग ठीक से सोना भी चाहें तो सो नहीं सकते | वो बहुत सोने की कोशिश भी करते हैं लेकिन सो नहीं पाते, उन्हें नींद की गोली खानी पड़ती है | दुनिया में लाखों-करोड़ों लोगों की ये ही हालत है | 

तो अगर दिन में किसी भी समय नींद आप पर धावा बोल रही है तो इसका मुख्य कारण यह है कि आप अपने शरीर की बुनियादी जांच करें कि आपके सिस्टम में कुछ गड़बड़ तो नहीं है क्योंकि जब मनुष्य किसी शारीरिक परेशानी से गुजरता है तब भी ऐसा हो सकता है, तो क्या आपने गौर  किया कि आपको नार्मल टाइम से ज्यादा नींद आती है | तब शरीर आराम ज्यादा चाहता है क्योंकि उसके पास बाकि कामों क लिए पर्याप्त ऊर्जा नहीं होती | यह पहला कारण है |

दूसरा कारण यह है कि यदि आप पर्याप्त खाना नहीं खाते तो आप एक एक्सपेरिमेंट करके देखिये | ये मैं सबके लिए नहीं कह रही हूँ लेकिन यदि आप गौर कर रहे हैं कि आपको दिन भर नींद आती रहती है तो आप 24 कोर (24 bites) खाना खाइए | यानी 24 बार मुंह में खाना डालिए और हर एक कोर को भी 24 बार चबाएं |

असल में आपकी सतर्कता (Awareness) इससे तय होती है कि आप कितने उर्जावान हो | अब यदि आप सामान्य 24 कोर खायेंगे तो आप देखेंगे कि आप सुबह 3:30 बजे के आस पास उठ जायेंगे | यदि आप हर एक कोर को 24 बार चबा कर खाते हैं तो पहले से ज्यादा सतर्क और ध्यानमय रहेंगे | 

यदि आप सुबह के खाने को 24 कोर में खाते हैं और हर एक कोर को भी 24 बार चबाते हैं तो आपको दिन में नींद नहीं आएगी और आप कभी बीमार नहीं पड़ेंगे | आपका वजन कम नहीं होगा | आपका सिस्टम उस भोजन का इस्तेमाल करना सीख लेगा जिसे आपने अच्छे से खाया है और आपको इसका बहुत फायदा होगा |

नोट : 24 कोर (24 bites) खाने से सच में दिन में नींद नहीं आती क्योंकि पिछले 15-20 दिनों से मैं इस एक्सपेरिमेंट को कर रही हूँ | ये सच में एक जादुई तरीके जैसा है |

मैं आगे भी आपके साथ मेरे मन में उठने वाले सवालों और उनके जो जवाब मैं खोज सकूंगी उनको आपके साथ शेयर करने कि कोशिश करती रहूंगी |

Is the "TRUST" a "Strength" or a "Weakness"??

 “Do you trust me??? Do you believe that all information in here, is true???” It is very difficult to trust people these days, almost impossible. Trust has become extremely expensive that it is rarely found. It is so rare that when someone says “I trust him”, people around would be surprised, “What!!! Are you sure that you trust????” 

Are the above statements true???

 
In any relationship 💑, when Someone say “I trust you”, what does it mean?
It means that I believe you. Whatever you say or do, I completely believe that it is the truth.

Later, if you get to know that I lied to you, then??
Naturally, I will lose my trust in you. If you have betrayed me, then am I a fool to trust you again?? You cannot take me for granted 😡. I trusted you because I love you. I am honest to you and you should also be the same. If there is no honesty/ transparency in relationships, then what is the use of such a bond??

 
Well, it is true that all relationships are made of love, understanding, compassion and TRUST. But the mistake we made was, in the understanding of what TRUST is…

TRUST is the complete acceptance of a person, the way she/he is. My TRUST totally depends on my mindset/ my attitude and never on the other person. When I truly trust people, I will be able to understand the reason behind one’s behavior. I will be able to help them and this strengthens my relationships.

We thought TRUST was when people behave in a way I expect them to be. I create an image of people like “he will always be true, kind, understanding, etc”. Based on our values, we would create an image and expect people to follow the same. If not done, we call it as betrayal and choose not to believe in him/ her any more. We begin to doubt the other and this disease of suspicion spoils the relationship.

No way. we need to be true to each other. This is not an expectation. This is the main mandatory quality for the relation to last long.

True. But, “Honesty, sincerity cannot be demanded from others.” We need to accept this truth. Any person would be true, only if he/ she is completely accepted by the other...

For Example:

A– Husband,        B- Wife,      X- Ex-girl friend of A

Say, X gifted a bouquet for A’s first marriage anniversary. If the wife B, was a person who would create anger and irritation for anything related to X, would the husband A, have the courage to tell this truth to his wife? Would he not want a happy loving wife on his anniversary? Would he take the risk of speaking the truth when he knows that it would spoil his day?? Is it fair on the wife to get angry and feel betrayed if the husband had lied regarding the gift?

95% of the people are ready to speak the truth, only if they were accepted by others. No one wants to cheat. Can any person be happy and peaceful when he cheats? Will there not be a sense of fear of getting caught, fear of facing the consequences or insecurity??

When we learn to trust people, irrespective of their behavior, we are sowing seeds to strong relationships.

But how is it possible? If your husband/wife had cheated you once, how can you ever believe him/her again? It is natural to doubt his/her actions. you fear if he/she would cheat you again. What is the guarantee that he/she would not repeat it? If he/she does so, you are the person who is most affected. How can you accept him/her blindly?

          If the person (husband or wife) is important, if the relationship is of first priority to us, then the only best way to save the bond is to understand the reason behind his actions and help him to come out of it. 

TRUST is a strong positive energy which strengthens relationships. DOUBT is a strong negative energy which breaks relationships. We should not create any thought of doubt like “Will he be true this time? He/she is going out, should I check on him? He/She has transferred huge money to someone, to whom? Why?” When we speak with an intention of doubt within, we radiate energy of doubt and this is dangerous for the relationship.

We need to believe and also tell the person (husband or wife) that we completely trust him/her, i.e. accept him/her with all his/her positives and negatives. We are there to help him out in all his/her challenges. With this intention, all our words and actions will radiate love and protection. When we express our trust, it becomes a source of responsibility for the other. When people know that they are being trusted, they are at their best, be it at work or in relationships.

Let's take an another example :- 

If, I have a 20 year old girl. We are a happy family. I have loved, accepted and trusted her in all stages of life. Yet, though she knew that we are looking out for an alliance for her, and she married a person whom she loved, without our knowledge. Is this not called betrayal?? We are hurt badly and just cannot accept her as our child anymore. God too has betrayed me. Trust hurts!!!! 

          I understand that when children take life changing decisions on their own, without the consent of parents, it is shocking. Parents are children’s best friends at all times. Parent’s intentions are always true and pure. But, we just need check patiently, with an open mind and complete stability as to why it happened. This emotional stability is possible only if we accept the child completely without judging or criticizing her. Trust never hurts people. When we trust, we need to check, “Am I OK if the person whom I trust behaves/ works in a way which I may not feel right?” IF I feel the answer is YES, only then it means that “I trust”. God never betrays. He gives us the knowledge about the good and guides us. All that happens to us in a given moment is the best that can ever happen and all happenings are only due to our karma.

I understand trust binds people but does it mean that we blindly need to accept what everyone says and does? No verification or checking needed whatsoever? Then why do we have reviews at work??

When we send our kids to play in someone’s house or to any class should we not check on who are there and various safety measures? Does this mean that we doubt others?

          Trust or complete acceptance is the key for smooth and peaceful relationships. Reviews, verifying if the work is done right are the means to perform our responsibilities. Mistakes do happen at all levels and with all people. No one is perfect. Reviewing means that we accept the mistakes, aim at improving the present condition and learn how to avoid them in future.

Taking safety measures is essential. Being cautious helps prevent accidents. Doubt is when we create thoughts like “Are the people there not safe? Will they misbehave? Are all other people good? Will they be rude?” Doubt creates fear, restlessness and a small incident will blow our anger and create stress and tension in life.

TRUST is a feeling that

     1.     keeps us very comfortable and peaceful within

     2.     lets people behave/ work the way they feel is right

     3.     enables us to accept and handle mistakes with a positive approach

We often say that people are not trustworthy. There are people who always speak in a way which is far from reality. It is not intentional but that is their habit. 

Example:

*At work, people would not have started the assignment/ project/ work but they would say that they would finish it soon.

*If people are late and have not yet returned home, when we ring-up (call by phone/ mobile), they would say that they are on the way. But they would be at workplace or watching a movie/ serial in someone’s house.

How can we trust such people??

          When we know that people have such habits, it better to accept them their way. We often term people as “trustworthy”, meaning, he is a reliable person or he is true to his words. Actually, the more we trust people, the more we radiate this energy of trust, the more “trustworthy” they become. It may not be seen soon. But the power of TRUST is so powerful that it helps people to be true towards us. “I TRUST YOU”, when told with complete belief, is a source of power to the other. 

Let us experiment this energy and see its effects before we believe in it. Never label a person as “cheater or not trustworthy”. The moment we label them so, we start looking at them through this glass and this weakens and spoils work and relationships.

  

TRUST SHOULD BE THE FIRST FEELING TO COME IN A RELATIONSHIP AND THE LAST TO GO, IN FACT SHOULD NEVER GO

So, this is the nature of the human being, whatever we deprived of, we think that is the highest thing...

whatever we don't have, looks like a that moment that is the highest thing. Like, If you not eating for two days, "Food" will be "God"... Yes or No...

Yes... Isn't it... If you don't understand this, then do a little experiment... "Close your mouth and hold your nose for two minutes... Then, tell me, will you ask for :"Air" or "God". Obviously for Air...

If God comes and say, "You want air or me". Then Obviously, you will say, I want to breathe because whatever at that moment you deprived of or in other words when you are in any state of compulsiveness, you don't say anything the way it is, you exaggerated...

Like, if your bladder is full, and I say, wait a minute, I'm talking about enlightenment...

And your bladder is too full... Would you be interested in it... No... You would say, "I don't want any knowledge"... Right now, going to the washroom finally seems necessary... yes or no...

So just about anything, when you are in a state of compulsiveness, you don't seem anything the way it is... At that moment, Life will get distorted to make you think, that is it...

So, Like this our human life passes from one compulsive state to another, never allowing yourself that little bit of space where you could see things the way they are... If you do not even see, Life the way it is, can you handle it the way it needs to be handle... It doesn't.. Isn't it...

If you don't see, things the way they are, you can never handle it, the way things to be handle... Because of this, in many ways individual human life and whole societies have become distorted humanity...

A lot of times, I talk to 14 or 16 year olds (both boys and girls) about what they're going to do next because they're in 10th or something and I can't believe they're just talking about finding "jobs and earning a living". Why??? I can't believe it because till today I have never thought of earning a living...

Mostly youth talking about, Like, I want to become a doctor, a software engineer or something else. I'm not saying it is not important... All, I'm saying is even an ant which is one millionth of your brain is capable of earning a living... Then, What's your problem with such a big brain... Why I'm saying of this is, this idea, this horribly limiting idea has been imposed into the our youths that you must earned a living and that's the biggest thing... 

Is for big brain earning a living is actually a biggest problem on this planet??? Do you really think so... I know everybody is conditioned to believe that, but I think it is not so... It is not so...

"Earning a living is a petty thing for human consciousness but unfortunately all humanity investing all its energy and intelligence in just earning a living".

If this one thing doesn't change in the world that I'm not saying one should not, but all I'm saying is, it needs not occupy, the entirety of human consciouness to earn a living... if you put one, a little finger to work, it earn a living, is capable, it is capable for that...

But, A human being is constantly longing to be something more than what he is right now. If he knows only money, he is thinking of a little more money; if he knows power, a little more power; if he knows love, a little more love. There is something within him that will not settle for who he is.

In whatever way you know best, you are trying to be a little more. But if you apply your awareness and look at it, you can clearly see that you are not seeking money, property, love or pleasure. What you are seeking is expansion. How much expansion would settle you for good? If you look at this, you can clearly see that you are looking for infinite expansion. Every human being wants to expand in a limitless way. But right now, we are trying to become infinite through installments of conquest, by capturing the world, or shopping. The longing to expand is finding expression in so many ways, which are all physical.

The physical realm, however large it may seem to you, is a limited realm. Right now, our very economies are built like this: it is all about more, more and more. Every country is talking about growth rate. This means everyone has to buy more and use more. But where is that “more”?

All human genius is being withered to death simply because everybody is thinking how to earn a living... how to earn a living... you know...

The moment they can earn a living, they will sit down and become fatty...😃😃😃😄

You must be saying what can I do with this life... Isn't it... Yes, you must be saying, what is the greatest thing I can do with this life... Because one day you fall dead... Do you know???

Do you know you fall dead one day??? So before you die, whatever is the peak possibility for this life should happen... Isn't it... 

"I earn my living, I earn my living😏😏😏" Is this a big pride??? Why don't you see every insect, every worm, every bird, every animal, every creature on this planet earning a living... What is there will be so proud of about I earn my own living... Everybody is earning their own living.. Isn't it... Only "Human beings" are making a big issue out of it...

When I looked at it, How human intelligence has been sacrificed for the sake to earn a living, how many thing they could have done, Even how many incredible things they could have done but instead of that they are earning a living...

So, it is very very important and I'm just thinking that we should start a way, particularly in schools and colleges, that earning a living is not prime motto, is a damn little thing, it is not the prime of your life.

Even, with the one little finger you can earn a living and don't forget you have a big brain... 

Do you know when earn living becomes a problem???

That is become a problem because you want to become a somebody else... Isn't it... You want to be like somebody else... And once you enter this "Chakkar", Nothing else is possible, just keeps you going and going and going endlessly...

 

When there is no compulsiveness to act, you will naturally do what is most needed. Right now, what I see is most needed in the world is that people can move at least one notch up in the way they experience life. It would be a huge relief for themselves and for the planet.

Action should always be the way the situation requires it, but whatever our action, we can remain joyful within us. Life is not a trap, "everything that you do is actually an act,". Either you do it consciously or compulsively. If you do it compulsively, you think it is real. If you do it consciously, then only it becomes beautiful.

So, there is need to be engineering yourself... Engineering yourself doesn't mean that to breathe little better, to be little more healthy... No, this is about realizing the full potential that is means to be human...
